From the outside Fetish House looks simply like any other warehouse you might see in the area. This is how we like it!!! It is inconspicuous and affords everyone who visits us discretion. You can drive directly into the building through this open roller door and park inside - safely, securely and undercover. Fetish House is, essentially, a building within a building and is the largest custom-designed and custom-built fetish venue in Australia.

This is what you will see once you drive in through the large open roller doors from Milgate Street. Ok - not such a fabulous photo with my not-so-great joining of two pics to get the whole external facade - but you get the idea don't you! There is parking inside for 10 cars and a further 3 car spaces available in the alcove that you can see in the top picture of the external facade. Never worry about parking fines or getting wet if it's raining. Just park in a bay of your choice and ring the doorbell on the top left-hand door and our receptionist or a Mistress will come and let you in.

All the rooms inside are available for private hire and have different hourly rates depending on which room it is (see Prices for further information). Special rates are available for longer stays and overnight.

ROOM 1 (DUNGEON 1)

This room has undergone a total re-vamp from the room it began as. Demand for the ever-increasing popularity of BDSM has seen this room undergo a transformation into another fully-fledged Dungeon. It features full heavy-grade industrial suspension, a bondage crucifix, an adjustable bondage table, a corner spa/shower (perfect for watersports or water torture or even relaxing) and, now, a complete array of BDSM implements for all your corporal, bondage & torture requirements.

ROOM 2 (DUNGEON 2)

Our second Dungeon (Room 2) features a St. Andrews Cross, chase lounge (for bondage, torture or anal play in comfort), a bondage/whipping horse, a throne (or torture chair), low-grade suspension, shower and a complete array of BDSM implements for all your corporal, bondage & torture requirements.

ROOM 3 (DUNGEON 3)

Our third Dungeon (Room 3) is our most popular room with our Mistresses. It features a full-sized, heavy-duty bondage wheel, stocks, padded bondage/sensory deprivation box, a bondage/whipping horse, a Dominant's throne, full heavy-grade industrial suspension. This room also has full disabled access and a shower with full disability assistance (if required) and a complete array of BDSM implements for all your corporal, bondage & torture requirements. The floor in this room is purrrfect for water sports as the floor is all one level, totally sealed and has a drain in the corner.

ROOM 5 (BONDAGE BEDROOM)

This room (also referred to by us as the Master's Room) features a truly wicked, solid steel bondage bed (designed by Mistress Tara). It has D rings around the entire frame to secure a hapless victim and leave absolutely no chance of escape! It is perfect for kidnap victims or more erotic BDSM sessions where comfort is a requirement.
