Bookings are not essential but are recommended - especially if you wish to see a particular person or if you want a later session. if you wish to make a booking with a particular Mistress please first check our Roster for available days and times.

Mistresses are often happy to come in specially on their non-rostered days. However If you wish to organise this the session must be a 1hr minimum and a $50 pre-deposit is now COMPULSORY. This is because there have been too many occasions where Mistresses have made the effort to come in (sometimes travelling long distances) and the client has not shown up.... or even telephoned once the Mistress is here waiting for them to arrive to say they have been unable to make it for some reason... In the event of a no-show the $50 deposit is forfeit to the Mistress. Cancellations will only be acceptable with a minimum of 24 hours notice and thereby a credit voucher issued to be put towards a future session. Once you have ascertained the availability of your chosen Mistress please then telephone us on (03) 9544 8384 to make a booking and notify the receptionist at that time of any special requirements or preparation the Mistress needs to know about for your session.

We DO NOT take bookings via email... You must telephone us in person to do this. You may find that we have been unable to check our emails in time to get your notification about a booking requirement via this method - and under these circumstances we take no responsibility or make any apologies. If you haven't heard back about your email booking then ALWAYS telephone in person to verbally make it instead. This is particularly applicable for people who have emailed me on the very day they want a booking - and it happens to be my day off or I have other committments to attend to. We are usually very prompt at answering email enquiries - but somtimes some of them slip through the cracks....

It is HOUSE POLICY that ALL bookings (whether they have been pre-booked via telephone or email or with the Mistress personally) be VERBALLY CONFIRMED on the day - depending on when your session is scheduled. It is of paramount importance that you verbally confirm by telephone because if we do not receive your confirmation we will assume you are not coming in and may give your appointment time to someone else.

Also ensure that you are on time or even 5 minutes early if you are able. If you are running late you MUST TELEPHONE us to let us know. If you are later than 15 minutes for your scheduled session and we have not heard from you we will assume that you are not coming and may give your appointment to somebody else.

There may be circumstances where it is impossible for you to verbally confirm (i.e. if your session is occurring first thing after we open or you may be in a situation where you are physically unable to make a telephone call at or around that time). If so please advise us at the time you make your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: We will never make an booking with a Mistress if you simply wish to meet her and may not have any intentions of having a session with her. At the VERY LEAST we will expect you to book an Introductory Consultation which only costs $20 which is deducted from the session fee if you follow through with a session immediately that day. At other times a Mistress is more than happy to come up to meet you so long as she is available - and you may need to be prepared to wait for her if she is busy.

ENQUIRIES

We prefer that any enquiries you have be made via telephone rather than by email. If it is not possible for you to telephone in person please ensure your email enquiry is brief and can be answered via a brief return email. We are happy for you to send your session requirements via email but if it requires a lengthy reply we would prefer you telephone and ask to speak to the Mistress in person to discuss it.

Also please understand that whilst email is a useful tool for communication it is not always failsafe...... I have, from time to time, known of Mistresses who have not received emails and then received a curt email from someone complaining about having been ignored by a particular Mistress. It could be for any reason - perhaps their inbox has reached capacity and can no longer accept any more or sometimes there is just no other logical explanation for it! So if you don't hear back - rather than getting peeved that you have not had a reply - simply telephone the Mistress and ask her in person.......

Understandably we don't like to go into TOO much detail via the telephone or via email. We also don't like to have emails go back and forth over and over again. Usually (8 times out of 10) people who discuss prospective sessions in WAY too much detail never actually come in... Yes - unfortunately those sneaky one's who are attempting to simply get free email or telephone sessions have managed to ruin it for everyone! If your future session requires lengthy preparation or discussion we may require that you come in to talk to her in person or, if this is not possible, ask you to make a $50 pre-deposit on your session as a sign of goodwill.

Trolling is UNACCEPTABLE and if we are able to ascertain that you are sending the same email to several Mistresses we will not reply. AGAIN there are too many email enquiries which we believe are purely an attempt to solicit masturbation material from the Mistresses - rather than ACTUAL precursors to a REAL session. AGAIN it is unfortunate that these people have ruined it for those of you who are sincere and genuine - but it has become all too common and we have had no alternative but to adopt this approach.

Emails that are likely to go unanswered by Mistresses are as follows:

- More than 2 brief emails.

- Requesting information which describes intimate details of a session or of what a Mistress will do in a session.

- Requesting information which describes intimate details of the Mistresses body or body parts.

- Requesting information that will require a lengthy reply.

- Identical or similar emails have been sent to other Mistresses for which there has not been any actual session forthcoming.

- Requesting activities that are not within our 'safe, sane and consensual' guidelines.

- Any other reason that may lead a Mistress to think that you may not be genuine. Unfortunately we have had to adopt a 'once bitten twice shy' way of thinking as there have been too many examples where we have given our extensive time and effort - only to find that no actual in-person session is ever forthcoming...
