* Please note - Overnight Terms & Conditions:

1. Fetish House does not operate like a Motel. If you do book a fully-paid extended session and wish to utilise the overnight accommodation you will not be able to come and go as you please but rather you will be required to retire on or close to our closing times. The only other person who will remain elsewhere on the premises during your stay will be our male manager or male house slave/assistant.

2. You will have restricted access only to certain other areas of the building such as the kitchen or toilet area. Showering facilities are in every room.

3. If you are not under 'lockup' by a Mistress and need to leave the building you will need to organise this in person with the resident house assistant.

4. You can be as noisy as you like during your session times but we will expect you to be quiet afterwards and during 'sleeping' times.

5. You must not make yourself a nuisance to our Mistresses or other sessions that might be in 'play'

6. Unless you have made other arrangements personally with a Mistress, Manager or Tara please negotiate what time the next morning you would like our house assistant to let you out.

7. We expect your room to be left in a clean and tidy condition. If there is any equipment damaged we will expect you to pay for repair or replacement of such. If our house assistant needs to clean up after you there will be an additional cleaning fee.

8. The terms of our License do not permit alcohol or drugs to be consumed and/or stored on the premises. Please adhere to these conditions during your stay
